  2. The Clarity Consultation
    • A 90-minute one-on-one session where I explain exactly what your results mean and how to use them.
    • You’ll leave with a precise plan for nutrition, supplements, hormones, fitness, and recovery.
  3. Implementation & Support
    • Ongoing one-on-one coaching sessions (frequency depends on program length).
    • Adjustments based on progress, feedback, and any new data.
  4. VIP Day (for select packages)
    • An in-person, immersive experience: we work together in the morning, and head outdoors for a hike tailored to your capacity — integrating movement, mindset, and connection to nature.
